Job Description

As a Lead Generator in our Sales Team, your primary responsibility will be to play a crucial role in our expansion efforts within the US healthcare/teleradiology market. You will be tasked with identifying and nurturing potential clients to help grow our business footprint effectively. Your key responsibilities will include: - **Lead Generation:** Conducting research to identify high-quality leads within the US healthcare/teleradiology sector. - **Cold Outreach & Appointment Setting:** Engaging with potential clients through calls and emails, presenting our services, and arranging meetings for the sales team. - **CRM & Data Management:** Accurately recording all lead interactions using CRM systems like Bitrix, Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot. Managing pipelines and updating lead statuses. - **Follow-Ups:** Ensuring timely follow-ups with prospects via email and phone to guide them through the sales process. - **Tool Utilization:** Leveraging lead generation tools such as Hunter.io, Apollo.io, and similar platforms to discover and validate prospect contact information. To excel in this role, you should possess: - **Minimum 3 years of lead generation experience,** preferably in teleradiology, healthcare, or tech sales. - **Strong communication skills,** both verbal and written, to effectively engage with international clients. - **Proficiency in Microsoft Excel** for data tracking and reporting purposes. - **Experience with CRM platforms** like Bitrix, Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot. - **Familiarity with email prospecting tools** such as Hunter, Skrapp, Apollo, etc. - **Self-motivation, excellent organization skills,** and a results-oriented mindset with a focus on follow-up. - **Previous exposure to the US healthcare market** would be advantageous. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
