As a Lead Generation Specialist at S3 Connections, you will play a crucial role in our team by utilizing your expertise in generating leads for the US market. With 3-4 years of experience in lead generation, preferably from a staffing background, you will be responsible for creating a robust database of qualified leads and executing email marketing campaigns to engage potential clients effectively. Your key responsibilities will include identifying target markets, researching prospective clients, managing email campaigns, and tracking leads to ensure proper follow-up and engagement. Collaboration with the sales team will be essential to convert leads into opportunities successfully. You will also be required to analyze and report on the outcomes of lead-generation campaigns to optimize strategies. To excel in this role, you should possess strong skills in email marketing, lead research, client outreach, and experience working with CRM systems and lead management tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining strong organizational and time-management capabilities. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, with onsite work required. You will have the option to choose between working in US Night Shift or UK Shift based on your preference.
