Job Description
- Identify and generate leads for business loan products (term loans, working capital, overdrafts, etc.).
- Conduct customer profiling and financial analysis to assess loan eligibility.
- Educate customers on loan products, interest rates, documentation, and repayment schedules.
- Assist clients in completing loan applications and ensure timely submission of required documents.
- Perform preliminary credit risk assessment and forward proposals to the credit team.
- Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations, disbursement) to ensure smooth loan processing.
- Follow up with clients for post-disbursement support and EMI collections when required.
- Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
