Supporting customer retention & new business strategies Communicating & referring leads to our outbound sales team Maximizing qualified lead generation Maximizing cross-sell, up-sell & solution selling opportunities Coordinating over the phone and fixing appointments for our team to visit those places and close the sales themselves.
