Our core platform empowers leading brands to protect product authenticity and build customer trust. As we continue to scale, we are embarking on a major technology upgrade and looking for a lead developer to lead the development process. Role: Lead Full Stack Developer Location: Gurgaon Experience: 4+ Years (Full Stack with leadership exposure) Key Responsibilities: - Lead the migration and technology upgrade of our flagship product from legacy ASP.NET to a modern stack (preferred: .NET Core, React/Angular). - Leverage AI-powered tools and models (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Curser, OpenAI APIs) to speed up development, automate documentation, and assist with testing and prototyping. - Translate complex business problems into logical algorithms and working solutions. - Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and cross-functional teams to redefine the product road map. - Set architecture standards, coding best practices, and security protocols for the upgraded system. - Lead a development team, conduct code reviews, and ensure high-quality deliverables. - Handle end-to-end development: frontend, backend, database design, API development, and cloud deployment. - Ensure system scalability, security, performance, and compliance. Required Skills & Qualifications: - .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Angular). - Ability to think logically and design algorithms to solve complex technical problems efficiently. - Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and willingness to integrate AI-driven solutions. - Micro services architecture, Azure/AWS cloud platforms, and CI/CD pipelines. - Strong database design and transaction management skills. - Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities. Preferred: - Experience in Fintech and SaaS based platform development. - Understanding of security, encryption, and compliance standards in financial applications. - Prior exposure to AI tools for software testing, code optimization, and workflow automation.
