Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Dispatcher. The position is based in Jalandhar. The Lead Dispatcher will be responsible for overseeing the scheduling and dispatching of drivers for freight pickup and delivery. This includes coordinating logistics, tracking shipments, communicating with drivers, and ensuring timely and efficient operations. Additionally, the Lead Dispatcher will be required to manage any issues that arise during transit and maintain accurate records of all transportation activities. Qualifications Strong organizational and logistical planning skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and/or transportation management software Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Previous experience in dispatching or logistics management is a plus Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred,
