Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Designer at Amsu Weaves in Greater Hyderabad Area. The Lead Designer will be responsible for overseeing the design process, conducting market research, creating innovative and sustainable clothing designs, collaborating with artisans and the production team, and ensuring the brand's design aesthetic aligns with its values and mission. Qualifications Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software Experience in sustainable fashion design and knowledge of eco-friendly materials Strong understanding of textile production processes and techniques Ability to collaborate effectively with artisans and production teams Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail Excellent communication and presentation skills Prior experience in leading design teams or projects Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field,
