Our expertise lies in electoral strategy, public opinion research, booth-level analytics, and campaign optimisation for political leaders and parties across India. Role Overview As Lead Data Analyst, you will drive the design, execution, and interpretation of large-scale election surveys and political sentiment analysis. Youll lead a team of analysts and researchers, converting raw field data into actionable intelligence for campaign decision-making. Responsibilities Lead data design for electoral research projects, including sampling frameworks and survey instruments Supervise and validate data collection across field teams, CATI, or digital platforms Analyse demographic, behavioural, and voting pattern data using statistical models Create intuitive dashboards, infographics, and maps to present findings to stakeholders Collaborate with strategists and field teams to recommend constituency-level actions Ensure data integrity, quality control, and adherence to election timelines Mentor junior analysts and manage vendor data pipelines Required Skills Proficiency in Excel, R/Python, SPSS, Power BI/Tableau Strong understanding of sampling techniques, regression models, cluster analysis Experience handling large and complex survey data sets Familiarity with political behaviour, voter dynamics, and psephology Exceptional storytelling skills using data Comfortable working in a fast-paced, election-cycle-driven environment Qualifications Masters in Statistics, Economics, Political Science, Data Science, or related field 58 years of experience in market research, polling, or political analytics Experience with state/national elections or policy surveys is a strong advantage What We Offer High-impact work on real-time elections and public policy shaping Cross-functional team with strategists, media experts, and grassroots organisers Opportunity to grow in one of Indias most exciting political tech spaces Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person,
