Key Responsibilities Experience with Bidding Portals: Utilize platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer.com, and Fiverr to identify and secure new projects, ensuring competitive and strategic bids are placed. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of business development executives, providing guidance on bidding strategies and client handling to achieve business goals. Bidding Strategy Creation: Develop and implement effective bidding strategies that align with the companys goals, increasing project win rates and revenue. Client Handling & Communication: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction through clear and professional communication. Budgeting & Planning: Manage budgets, forecast sales projections, and plan resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Requirements Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development or related roles, with a proven track record on bidding portals like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr. Strong team management skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop business development professionals. Expertise in crafting strategic bids and negotiating contracts. Excellent client communication and relationship management abilities. Solid understanding of budgeting and planning in project acquisition and delivery. Desired Qualities Exceptional communication skills and the ability to convey complex ideas effectively. Strong technical sales knowledge in ecommerce, digital marketing, and Python technologies.
