Job Description
Draft, review, and negotiate real estate agreements including sale deeds, lease deeds, joint development agreements (JDAs), MoUs, etc.
Conduct due diligence and title verification for land and property transactions.
Handle RERA registration and compliance matters for various projects.
Liaise with government departments, registrars, and legal authorities for approvals and documentation.
Advise the company on legal risks and ensure legal compliance across all real estate operations.
Represent the company in property disputes, litigation, and arbitration cases.
Monitor legal trends and changes in real estate and property law.
