The Laptop Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair of laptops, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing field service to clients, and delivering excellent customer service. The technician will be expected to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner. Qualifications Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair of laptops Strong Troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues Experience in providing Field Service and on-site technical support Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients Relevant experience in Maintenance tasks and ensuring equipment functionality Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Relevant certifications or training in laptop repair and maintenance are a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical qualifications are beneficial,
