As a Landscape Architect - Roads at Ramboll in India, you will be part of a global company that values sustainability and innovation in various markets such as Buildings, Transport, Planning & Urban Design, Water, Environment & Health, and Energy. Your role will involve utilizing your expertise in landscape design and planning to contribute to technically challenging projects. You are expected to have a strong foundation in concept and design development, site and regional planning, quantity calculations, and 3D modeling. Additionally, you should possess a basic understanding of ecosystem services. Proficiency in technical drawings using software like AutoCAD (2D & 3D), AutoCAD Civil 3D, Adobe Suite, Google SketchUp, and basic GIS tools is essential. Knowledge of Revit will be advantageous. Your responsibilities will include providing design solutions and drafting support for projects, creating 2D drawings and 3D models, ensuring technical quality and compliance with project objectives. Collaborating within a team environment, you will be part of the REC department at the Ramboll Engineering Centre in Gurgaon. Key tasks will involve designing solutions based on landscape design parameters, creating detailed maps and visualizations, demonstrating effective communication skills, and actively learning new software and techniques. You will be expected to focus on delivering high-quality work within set timelines, actively participate in skill development, and perform quality checks. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture with a Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from a reputable institute, along with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Google SketchUp, Adobe software, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, BIM, ArcGIS Pro/QGIS, and 3D modeling software is required. Strong communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to coordinate with project stakeholders are essential.
