Job Description
As an Assistant Manager or Assistant General Manager in Landscape Architecture at a Real Estate firm in Kalina Mumbai, you should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the industry. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing various aspects of building constructions, such as checking Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and drawings provided by external consultants, preparing material boards, and negotiating with contractors and other professionals involved in the project. You will be required to manage the project from its initiation to completion, ensuring that it progresses according to the set timelines and budget. Regular site visits will be necessary to monitor the project's progress and address any issues that may arise promptly. Your role will also involve coordinating with structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), irrigation, lighting, and pool consultants to ensure a seamless execution of the project. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing costs, evaluating various options, and preparing civil lineout plans and lighting layouts for in-house projects. Collaborating with the horticulture team to design softscape, procure necessary materials, and oversee the planting process will also be part of your duties. Conducting comparative analyses to procure the best materials as per the design requirements will be crucial for the success of the project. Proficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Max, Photoshop, and MS Office suite is essential for this role. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively are key attributes required for this position.
