Labour Helper/Mazdoor Agbuild Management Services

Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.

Assist tradespeople and other workers as needed.

Clean and prepare job sites, including removing debris and hazards.

Operate hand tools and basic machinery under supervision.

Follow safety procedures and report hazards or incidents.

Perform basic maintenance of equipment and tools.

Carry and move heavy materials or products.

Support inventory checks and material organization.

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a labour-related role is preferred but not required.

Physical stamina and strength; ability to lift up to [50 lbs/appropriate weight].

Ability to work in all weather conditions and various environments.

Willingness to follow instructions and learn new tasks.

Safety-conscious mindset and familiarity with PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).

Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

High school diploma or equivalent is an asset.

Working Conditions:

Work may involve exposure to dust, noise, and varying weather conditions.

Standing, lifting, and manual labor for extended periods.

May include weekend or overtime work depending on project demands.
