The Labour Contract Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating labor contracts, managing labor relations, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and maintaining safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include supervising laborers, resolving any issues on site, coordinating with management and contractors, and ensuring the timely completion of projects. The role also involves maintaining records and reports of labor activities and ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Qualifications Experience in labor contract management and labor relations Knowledge of labor regulations and compliance Strong supervisory and organizational skills Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills Ability to maintain safety standards and ensure workplace safety Proficiency in record-keeping and report generation Prior experience in construction or related industries is a plus High School Diploma or relevant vocational training; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field is beneficial,
