Company Description Shrestha Bio Organics produces premium-grade, organic-certified vermicompost and cocopeat, Key Responsibilities: Collect, prepare, and analyze samples of raw organic waste, semi-processed material, and finished compost. Conduct routine tests such as: Moisture content Maintain detailed records of test results and share reports with the Quality Manager. Monitor compost curing process to ensure quality standards are met at every stage. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as ovens, weighing scales, pH meters, thermometers, and other testing tools. Assist in the development and standardization of compost quality testing protocols. Follow safety, hygiene, and environmental guidelines while handling biological samples. Coordinate with production teams to implement corrective actions when compost parameters are off-standard. Help in research or pilot-scale projects related to composting or biofertilizer development. Qualifications: Diploma or B.Sc. in Agriculture OR Chemistry, 0.06 Months of experience in a laboratory environment, Understanding of compost biology and testing parameters.
