Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Lab Testing Specialist, located in Bhopal. The Lab Testing Specialist will be responsible for conducting various tests on plastic materials, developing and implementing test cases, and analyzing test results. The role also involves ensuring that products meet quality standards and communicating findings to relevant teams. Daily tasks will include preparing samples, operating testing equipment, documenting results, and collaborating with other departments to resolve quality issues. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret complex data Proficiency in Testing and developing Test Cases Effective Communication skills for reporting and collaboration Experience with Software Testing is advantageous Detail-oriented and methodical approach Ability to work well in a team and independently Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field preferred,
