Job Description
Manage laboratory staff scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and development. Promote a collaborative and productive team environment. Develop and manage departmental budget. Monitor usage and order laboratory supplies, reagents, and equipment. Oversee and coordinate all laboratory operations including hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, serology, blood bank, and pathology. Ensure timely processing and reporting of laboratory results.
