Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties Lab technicians assist chemists in their lab work. Technicians are responsible for testing of all Raw materials to finish Product of all fertilizer and analyze data, compile results, prepare reports, and present their conclusions. Maintain Laboratory instruments to ensure proper working order and troubleshoot malfunctions when needed. Prepare test solutions, compounds, or reagents for laboratory personnel to conduct tests. Direct, coordinate, or advise personnel in test procedures for analyzing components or physical properties of materials. Conduct quality control tests. Write technical papers or reports or prepare standards and specifications for processes, facilities, products, or tests. Support to senior chemist for laboratory research or experiments. Inspecting Equipment, Structures, or Material: -Inspecting equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects. Perform the most complex and difficult laboratory analysis; develop new methods and techniques of analysis. Perform related duties as required.
