Job Description

You will be responsible for conducting chemical analysis (e.g., nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium content), physical tests (e.g., moisture, particle size), and microbiological analysis (e.g., pathogen detection) on manure and fertilizers. Utilize laboratory instruments like spectrophotometers, chromatographs, pH meters, and microscopes for testing purposes. Your role will include analyzing and interpreting test results to ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company specifications. Prepare in-depth reports that encompass test results, observations, and recommendations for enhancing product quality. Moreover, you will be tasked with collecting representative samples of manure, compost, and fertilizers from various sources such as raw materials, production lines, and final products. This is a full-time position with a work schedule that may involve day shifts, morning shifts, night shifts, or rotational shifts based on organizational needs. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in laboratory techniques. Please note that the work location requires in-person presence.,
