Job Description
We are hiring KYC Executives for opening Kotak 811 Zero Balance Savings Accounts through fieldwork.
The role involves visiting customers, verifying details, and helping them open a Kotak 811 account via the mobile app or portal.
- Key Responsibilities:Open Kotak 811 Zero Balance Savings Accounts in the field
- Collect and verify KYC documents (PAN, Aadhaar, etc.)
- Educate customers about the product and ensure proper activation
- Ensure minimum monthly targets are met
- Encourage customers to opt for Debit Card and Super Account (Upgrade)
- Eligibility Criteria:Minimum 12th Pass
- Good communication skills (Hindi/local language)
- Smartphone with internet
- Basic knowledge of mobile apps
- Fieldwork experience preferred
- Salary & Incentives:? Fixed Salary: ?16,000/month (after completing minimum 40 account openings/month)
- ? Post 40 Accounts:
- ?300 per additional account opened
- ?50 extra for each Debit Card activated
- ?100 extra for each Super Account (upgraded account)
Target:? Minimum 40 accounts/month to qualify for salary
