You'll be responsible for crafting engaging content,managing social media profiles, and collaborating closely with our marketing Design and implement compelling marketing campaigns that connect with the target audience across multiple platforms. Lead the development of content strategies to drive engagement and build brand loyalty, collaborating with content and design teams for brand alignment. Lead and manage a team of graphic designers and copywriters, ensuring all creative output aligns with the brand's vision and objectives. Oversee and direct all creative assets for ad campaigns focused on performance and retention, ensuring high-impact visuals and messaging. Supervise and coordinate photoshoots and video production, ensuring consistency and quality across all brand visuals for digital and offline platforms. Develop and implement innovative, data-driven ad strategies, collaborating with the design and copy teams to produce engaging content that drives brand growth.
