Job Description
You will be responsible for maintaining all equipment in good repair, minimizing downtime, and completing maintenance work orders promptly. This includes analyzing energy costs, monitoring equipment efficiency, and making necessary repairs to ensure everything is working efficiently. You will work as part of a team, communicate with other departments, and share knowledge to deliver excellent quality and service. Additionally, you will respond to guest repair requests, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain hotel facilities and equipment in a safe and efficient manner. It is important to minimize wastage of electrical equipment and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures to ensure accountability. To qualify for this role, you must hold an ITI or Diploma in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical. A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role is required, along with a good understanding of English, both written and oral.
