Job Responsibilities:

• Warm and serve frozen momo items, ensuring quality and presentation standards
• Prepare and serve milkshakes, coffee, and mojitos as per recipes and standard procedures
• Fry and serve French fries and other fried snacks
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work station
• Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food and beverages
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly attitude
• Greet and interact politely with customers
• Take customer orders and serve food/beverages
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, counters, and general cafe area
• Dispose of waste and clean dishes/cutlery as required
• Restock supplies and assist with basic setup

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred
• Ability to handle frozen food and operate warming equipment
• Basic knowledge of preparing beverages and fried snacks
• Good communication and team spirit
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Food safety and hygiene awareness

• Must be comfortable interacting with customers
• Basic cleaning and organizational skills
• Must be punctual, honest, and trustworthy
