Job Summary:

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Helper to assist in making chai (tea), vada pav, misal, and other snacks. The candidate should be familiar with basic food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and assist in day-to-day kitchen tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Chai (Tea) Preparation:

  Prepare regular and special chai as per shop recipe.

  Maintain consistency in taste and quality.

  Keep tea preparation area clean and stocked with ingredients.

2. Snack Preparation (Vada Pav, Misal):

  Assist in preparing ingredients for vada, pav, and misal (cutting, boiling, frying, etc.).

  Fry vadas, prepare chutneys, misal gravy, and assemble dishes as per order.

  Serve items hot and hygienically.

3. General Kitchen Help:

  Clean utensils, cooking area, and serving counters.

  Help in stocking materials and managing inventory (bread, batata, spices, tea powder, etc.).

  Dispose of waste properly and maintain kitchen hygiene.

  Support the main cook or owner in daily food preparation tasks.

Requirements:

  Basic knowledge of chai and Indian snacks preparation.

  6 months to 2 years of experience preferred (but not mandatory).

  Ability to work early mornings or long hours, as per need.

  Clean and hygienic working habits.

  Honest, punctual, and willing to learn.

Preferred Skills:

  Fast and clean work style.

  Good behavior with customers (if handling counter).

  Ability to follow instructions quickly.

  Local language communication (Marathi/Hindi/etc.).
