• Key Responsibilities: Assist chefs and cooks in preparing ingredients (washing, cutting, peeling).
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
• Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations.
• Dispose of kitchen waste properly.
• Help with basic food preparation as directed.
• Ensure kitchen stock is arranged and stored properly.
• Support in dishwashing during peak hours.
