Job Description: We are seeking versatile individuals to join our team as Kitchen Staff/Cook/Cleaning Assistants. The ideal candidates will have experience in various aspects of kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and maintaining cleanliness. This position requires flexibility and a willingness to contribute to different areas of kitchen duties as needed. Responsibilities: Food Preparation: Assist in preparing ingredients, chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and other food prep tasks as assigned by the head chef. Cooking: Support the chef in cooking meals according to established recipes and standards. This may include grilling, frying, baking, and other cooking methods. Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash. Assistance: Provide support to other kitchen staff members as needed, including helping with inventory management, receiving deliveries, and organizing supplies.
