Responsibilities Observing and guiding children with their learning needs Gathering resource materials and developing lesson plans Introducing various learning exercises to help children learn better Creating a safe and positive learning environment for the children Tracking students progress and maintaining a report on the same Accompanying students on field trips and other school activities Attending seminars and workshops as and when required Coordinating and collaborating with other Teachers to develop lesson plans Communicating students progress with their parents Adhering to the educational policies and guidelines at all times Requirements Bachelors degree in Education, Early Childhood Education or equivalent degree Holding Montessori training and certification from a reputed institute Proven work experience as a Montessori Teacher, Teacher, or a similar role in the Educationdepartment Excellent teaching, communication, and presentation skills Good time management and organizational skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Displaying a warm and welcoming personality Ability to work independently and collaboratively Having an eye for detail and good multitasking abilities Ability to stand for long hours Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Expected Start Date: 20/08/2024,
