Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher who loves working with young children, fosters creativity, and supports each childs unique learning journey. Youll play a key role in shaping a safe, stimulating, and loving classroom experience. Responsibilities Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with Montessori and activity-based learning methods Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through structured play, storytelling, music, and hands-on activities Maintain a warm, positive, and organized classroom environment Observe, assess, and document each childs progress and share updates with parents Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children at all times Collaborate with other teachers and staff on school events and learning programs Communicate professionally with parents and address any concerns in a timely manner Qualifications Bachelors degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred Montessori training or certification is a strong plus Minimum 24 years of experience in a preschool or kindergarten setting Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu Warm, patient, and creative approach to teaching Basic tech familiarity (smart classrooms, activity screens, etc.) is a bonus Benefits Supportive and family-like work environment Ongoing professional development opportunities Modern classrooms with interactive teaching tools Opportunities to lead events and festivals Paid holidays and seasonal breaks Job Type: Full-time Yearly bonus Work Location: In person,
