Geekz Microschool is an alternate school that was founded by a former Microsoft Program Manager. At Geekz Microschool, students of different ages learn together in a collaborative environment. The educators at Geekz Microschool act as guides rather than traditional lecturers, placing heavy emphasis on digital, experiential, and eco-friendly sustainable learning practices. The education provided at Geekz Microschool is highly personalized and affiliated with the American Curriculum. We are currently seeking applications from experienced female candidates, preferably with a minimum of 1 year of experience, who possess exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. Role Overview: The ideal candidate should have: - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills - Ability to use storytelling to effectively communicate the school's unique vision and approach to attract customers - An open mindset and adaptability to a fast-evolving startup environment - Willingness to continuously learn and unlearn - Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills This hybrid role involves two main responsibilities: 1. Admissions & Inquiries - 50% - Managing end-to-end inquiry and admission processes - Scheduling and conducting meetings with prospective parents and students - Utilizing storytelling to effectively communicate the school's unique vision and approach to attract customers 2.
