Job Description:

1. Machine Operation & Maintenance: Operate, monitor, and maintain key production machinery (e.g., SMT, reflow ovens) to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.
2. Quality Control: Perform routine quality inspections to ensure products meet standards and document any deviations or issues.
3. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve minor technical issues with equipment, and collaborate with engineers for more complex problems.
4. Manpower Handling: Supervise and coordinate a team of operators, ensuring effective use of manpower to meet production targets and maintain efficiency.
5. Safety & Compliance: Follow safety protocols, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain accurate production records
