Job Description

As a Sales Manager specializing in HORECA channel development for confectionery and bakery products across PAN India, your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with distributors, chefs, consultants, and cafes to drive product orders. Your role will involve exploring new sales opportunities within the HORECA sector, managing existing accounts to boost sales growth, and ensuring accurate record-keeping of account information and sales data. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling B2B queries, email communications, and coordinating with various departments for product forecasting and availability. Key Skills Required: - Proven ability to engage with chefs, cafe operations, and other stakeholders to introduce products into their menus effectively. - Prior experience in FMCG, Confectionery, Bakery, Retail, or QSR industry with a focus on HORECA sales. - Knowledge of Bakery, Syrups, and food additives business would be advantageous. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. - Analytical mindset to identify new product development opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and formulate and execute strategic plans for the company's growth.
