This is a full-time on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Key Account Executive. As a Key Account Executive, your primary responsibilities will include managing key accounts, developing strong relationships with clients and vendors, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, sales and negotiation expertise, experience in account management, the ability to strategize and solve problems, and knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required, while experience with CRM software would be a plus. You should be articulate and comfortable in a client-facing role, with a willingness and ability to travel as needed. Your responsibilities will involve working cross-functionally within the company to effectively communicate with all stakeholders in customers" success. You will be tasked with creating and maintaining relationships with customers to gain a deep understanding of their needs, as well as fostering relationships with vendors. Regular visits to customers or vendors will be required to identify growth opportunities within the platform, and you will also be responsible for managing all reporting related to the health of customers" and vendors" accounts.
