About the Role: We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Junior Web Designer + Graphic Designer to become a part of our team. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience who possess a strong passion for design, websites, and front-end development. As a member of our team, you will engage in various digital design projects, allowing you to enhance your technical and creative abilities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop visually captivating website layouts, landing pages, and UI components. - Generate high-quality graphics, banners, brochures, and digital assets for web and social media platforms. - Transform design mockups into responsive web pages utilizing HTML and CSS. - Collaborate closely with the design, development, and marketing teams to implement design concepts effectively. - Utilize tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Canva in your daily tasks. - Ensure consistency in brand representation and responsive design on all platforms. - Stay abreast of current design trends, UI/UX practices, and front-end techniques. Requirements: - Essential to have basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML and CSS. - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is a must. - Familiarity with other design tools like Illustrator, Figma, Adobe XD, or Canva. - Possession of a portfolio (academic, freelance, or personal) showcasing design skills and creativity. - Understanding of responsive design and web layout principles. - Openness to learning, receiving feedback, and collaborating effectively within a team. - Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
