You will be joining a leading Property Management company based in North Goa as a JUNIOR VILLA MANAGER. Your primary responsibility will include ensuring the smooth operations of the property with a background in hospitality. As a candidate for this entry-level role, you must possess attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent oral and written communication abilities. It is essential to have your own transportation and be flexible with working hours to excel in this position. Your duties and responsibilities will involve conducting customer check-ins and check-outs, supervising a team of auxiliary staff such as butlers, housekeepers, cooks, and gardeners, assisting in managing daily accounts, overseeing property maintenance regularly, conducting basic staff training, and providing daily reports to the Management.
