Job Description
Job Role: The Junior UX Designer cum Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating intuitive user experiences and visually engaging designs across digital platforms. This role involves understanding client briefs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and executing design solutions that align with business and user needs. The designer will work on website UI/UX, social media creatives, emailers, and other digital assets while ensuring consistency in branding and usability. Responsibilities: Understand and interpret client briefs from the Client Service and Account Planning Teams Design user-centric interfaces for websites, mobile applications, and other digital platforms Conduct basic user research and apply insights to enhance usability and engagement Develop wireframes, UI mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma Create visually appealing designs for social media, emailers, and digital campaigns Collaborate with copywriters, developers, and marketing teams to align design with brand strategy Optimize designs for responsiveness and cross-platform compatibility Maintain brand consistency across all digital assets Ensure designs follow UX best practices, accessibility guidelines, and industry trends Implement feedback from stakeholders and make necessary design refinements Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines efficiently Requirements: Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and design thinking Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and user testing methodologies Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development (optional but preferred) Strong typography, color theory, and layout skills Ability to balance aesthetics with functionality Creative problem-solving and visualization skills Strong communication and teamwork skills Time management and the ability to work under pressure Adaptability to evolving design trends and client requirements Basic knowledge of English, Hindi, and Gujarati for effective communication,
