You are a detail-oriented and dedicated Junior Lab Technician with 6 months to 2 years of experience in Biochemistry, Clinical Pathology, and Hematology, as well as exposure to Elisa technique. Your role involves performing routine diagnostic tests, conducting Elisa-based tests, processing samples accurately, maintaining lab equipment, preparing reagents, and ensuring quality control procedures are followed. You will be responsible for recording and reporting test results accurately, following safety protocols, managing inventory, and supporting senior staff in daily lab functions. To qualify for this position, you need a Diploma/Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT or equivalent), familiarity with lab equipment, attention to detail, and the ability to follow technical instructions. Strong communication and team collaboration skills are essential, along with a willingness to work in shift-based schedules. Experience in a manual testing environment, handling high sample volumes, and exposure to quality assurance and NABL documentation are preferred. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, life insurance, and provident fund. The schedule may involve day, evening, night, or rotational shifts, with performance and yearly bonuses offered. You must be willing to commute or relocate to Gurugram, Haryana before starting work.
