Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Monitoring and Surveillance: - Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules. - Patrol assigned areas regularly, including parking lots and buildings, to ensure security. 2. Access Control: - Control and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises. - Enforce company access control policies and procedures. 3. Incident Response: - Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances. - Take appropriate action to resolve emergencies or security incidents. 4. Reporting and Documentation: - Write comprehensive reports outlining observations and activities during assigned shifts. - Maintain daily activity logs. 5. Security Systems Management: - Monitor and operate security cameras and other surveillance systems. - Perform regular checks on security equipment to ensure functionality. 6. Customer Service: - Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner. - Address inquiries and escalate issues as needed. 7. Emergency Preparedness: - Assist in emergency response and evacuation procedures. - Ensure adherence to safety protocols. Educational Qualifications: - High school or equivalent - Certification in security training or relevant licenses may be required. Experience: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a security-related role, demonstrating proficiency in security operations and procedures.
