The Role You Will Be Responsible For Serve as the first point of contact for SAS platform issues, troubleshooting performance and configuration problems. Manage user access, metadata updates, backups, and security settings. Support server maintenance activities like patches, updates, and log reviews. Document issues and resolutions in ticketing systems and contribute to a knowledge base. Assist users with platform navigation and queries. Ideal Profile Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience. Skills: Familiarity with SAS 9.x, Linux basics, SAS Metadata Management, and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira).
