- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery pieces
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge on diamonds, gold, silver, gemstones, and luxury watches
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain the visual display and cleanliness of the showroom
- Process sales transactions and handle billing and packaging
- Build long-term customer relationships for repeat business
- Stay updated on latest trends, offers, collections, and promotions
- Manage stock and inventory with accuracy
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
- Follow security protocols and ensure jewellery is handled carefully
- Assist in stock audits, tagging, and pricing
