Job Description
You will be responsible for verifying, creating, and distributing sales inquiries while ensuring their accuracy and timely response. Serving as the main point of contact for customers, you will address their inquiries, order status, and any issues they may have. Your role will involve assisting the sales team in preparing sales plans and generating packages. You will also be tasked with sending price quotations to potential customers and contributing to the creation of sales proposals. In addition, you will coordinate sales activities, schedule meetings and appointments, and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow. Training new sales team members and providing ongoing support to enhance their effectiveness will be part of your responsibilities. Maintaining accurate customer and sales records, as well as organizing and filing sales-related documents, will be crucial. Furthermore, you will ensure data accuracy and completeness by updating and managing customer information in the CRM system. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement and health insurance. The schedule for this role is day shift.,
