Job Title: Junior Sales Coordinator Qualifications: Graduate 1-2 years of experience in a similar sales support or administrative role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems. Job Summary: The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing schedules, preparing sales documents, coordinating meetings, and ensuring effective communication between the sales team and clients. The role also involves handling various administrative tasks related to the sales process. Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team with preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations. Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, conferences, and client appointments. Maintain accurate sales records and update customer databases. Communicate with clients to address inquiries, provide product/service information, and follow up on potential sales leads. Prepare and distribute sales reports and performance analysis.
