Job Description

As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to interact with customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products or services to meet those needs. You will be expected to deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a positive experience for every customer. Additionally, your role will involve continuously seeking opportunities to improve sales performance and exceed monthly targets. Following up on leads generated through various sources and maintaining knowledge of current promotions and financing options will also be key aspects of your job. Developing and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure repeat business will be crucial, along with providing accurate and timely reports on sales activities and customer feedback. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. You should demonstrate a proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes. Working independently as well as part of a team will be essential. A passion for providing exceptional customer service, out-of-the-box thinking, and creativity in developing new ideas for sales and marketing are qualities that we value. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, are required. While prior sales experience is preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement. A High School Diploma or equivalent is necessary, and a Bachelor's degree or pursuing one is preferred.
