About Us: We are a dynamic and growing company seeking a motivated Junior QA Tester to join our team. If you are passionate about testing and have a solid understanding of web technologies, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Perform manual testing of websites and mobile apps (iOS & Android). Identify, document, and report bugs and usability issues. Conduct functional, UI/UX, regression, and compatibility testing. Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure bug fixes and improvements. Test across different browsers, devices, and operating systems. Validate API responses using tools like Postman (basic knowledge). Assist in writing and executing test cases and test plans. Provide feedback to improve user experience and performance. Required Skills and Experience: 2-3 years of experience in website and mobile app testing. Understanding of manual testing methodologies and SDLC. Familiarity with cross-browser and cross-device testing. Basic knowledge of bug tracking tools (JIRA, Trello, Bugzilla, etc.). Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Good communication skills to report issues clearly. Nice to Have: Basic automation testing knowledge (Selenium, Appium). Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner). Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman). ISTQB certification is a plus.
