Hiring: Junior Product Manager (Developer-to-PM Track) Location: On-site Mumbai, India Were looking for a smart individual with 12 years of hands-on experience as a full-stack or front-end developer (mandatory) who is either: Transitioning into a Product Management role, or Has already worked as a PM for up to 12 years. Must-Haves 1-2 years experience in development (full-stack or front-end) 0-2 years of experience as a PM in a startup Experience working in startup environments Strong communication, debating, and excellent, structured documentation skills Task management, problem-solving, and note-taking abilities Ability to use AI tools to boost productivity Ability to write feature specs and collaborate with cross-functional teams Ability to research, refine, and enhance product features with creativity and clarity Nice-to-Have Current PM role (2 years) Basic understanding of business (MBA aspirations or certifications preferred) Were specifically looking for candidates who have startup experience and PM exposure of up to 2 years max, ensuring the right fit for this fast-paced, hands-on role.
