Job Description
You will be responsible for assisting in preventive maintenance and equipment inspections. Supporting senior supervisors in daily maintenance tasks and troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems under guidance will be part of your daily tasks. It is crucial to follow safety protocols, attend compliance training, maintain records, and report issues to supervisors. You will also need to learn and adapt to industrial maintenance procedures. Your required skills include basic knowledge of mechanical systems and maintenance, the ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, and a strong willingness to learn troubleshooting techniques. Good communication skills in both Kannada and English are necessary. Understanding basic safety regulations and standards, along with having a teamwork-oriented, adaptable, and problem-solving mindset, is essential for this role. This is a full-time position suitable for fresher candidates. The benefits include Provident Fund, and the work schedule may require weekend availability.
