You are seeking a Junior Marketing & Sales Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing and sales support. The ideal candidate should have a foundational understanding of digital marketing and a basic knowledge of sales tactics, including cold calling, email marketing, and campaign management. Your responsibilities will include assisting with cold calling to generate leads, executing email marketing campaigns to engage clients, managing email campaigns, supporting the marketing team in developing strategies, collaborating on digital marketing initiatives, conducting basic market research, and maintaining client databases with accurate reporting. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field, possess basic knowledge of cold calling and email marketing techniques, be familiar with email campaign tools like Mailchimp and Constant Contact, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently or as part of a team. You should also be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have problem-solving abilities. Preferred skills include familiarity with CRM software and marketing tools, basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital advertising, and previous experience in client-facing roles.
