Job Description

As a Marketing Executive, you will collaborate with marketing managers to develop marketing strategies, establish timelines for their execution, and select the appropriate tools for implementation. Your role will encompass conducting marketing research, evaluating trends, and identifying opportunities. It will be your responsibility to manage costs within allocated budgets and achieve campaign goals effectively. Your key duties will include: - Ensuring costs remain within the allocated budget - Communicating marketing plans between marketing managers and team members - Supervising the production of marketing materials and ensuring timely updates across designated channels - Cultivating and maintaining relationships with vendors, agencies, and clients - Ensuring alignment between customer understanding and company marketing campaigns Qualifications sought by hiring managers for Marketing Executives include: - willingness to travel (two-wheeler mandatory) - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields, or a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience - Effective communication skills, creativity, and teamwork abilities - Flexibility, prioritization skills, and adaptability to changing customer demands - Availability to work irregular hours during project execution phases This position is offered as full-time, permanent, and open to fresher candidates.
