Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Hiring: 1. Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms. 2. Screen resumes and applications. 3. Coordinate interviews and schedule appointments. 4. Prepare and send offer letters. Employee Onboarding: 1. Prepare new hire paperwork and orientation materials. 2. Conduct new hire orientations. 3. Ensure completion of necessary paperwork and documentation. Employee Relations: 1. Provide support for employee inquiries and concerns. 2. Assist in resolving employee conflicts. 3. Maintain employee records and files. Benefits Administration: 1. Assist in benefits enrollment and communication. 2. Coordinate benefits-related documentation. Compliance and Record-Keeping: 1. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. 2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. 3. File and maintain necessary documents. Training and Development: 1. Assist in coordinating training sessions. 2. Prepare training materials. 3. Evaluate training effectiveness. Communication: 1. Prepare HR-related communications. 2. Assist in creating company-wide announcements. Administrative Tasks: 1. Maintain HR filing system. 2. Order supplies and materials. 3. Provide general administrative support. Secondary Responsibilities: 1. Assist in conducting employee engagement surveys. 2. Help with performance management processes. 3. Participate in special projects. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field. 2. 0-2 years of HR experience. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to maintain confidentiality. 5.
