As a Graphic Designer in our team, you will be responsible for designing engaging creatives for various platforms including social media, websites, emailers, ads, packaging, brochures, and presentations. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the marketing and product teams to comprehend design requirements and create visuals that align with our brand identity. It is essential to maintain consistency in brand aesthetics across all channels. You will be utilizing tools such as CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc., to develop original graphics, illustrations, and layouts. Staying updated with industry trends is crucial to suggest innovative design solutions and ensure that our designs remain fresh and appealing. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines is key to succeeding in this role. To be considered for this position, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Proficiency in Corel Suite & Adobe Creative Suite (CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) is necessary. A strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and creativity is required. A good understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy is essential for creating impactful designs. We value open communication and constructive feedback, so the ability to receive feedback positively and adapt designs accordingly is an important trait for this role. Prior experience in a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C), skincare, or lifestyle brand would be advantageous. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, with the opportunity to work in both day and UK shifts. The role requires in-person work at our location.
